Martin 3–17 year 1856

This guitar is unbelievable. 100% original, museum quality. It looks and sounds great. I found this guitar in Texas at a guitar show. It was hiding behind a row of more recent dreadnoughts. I walked around the show with the original wooden coffin case and at least 20 people wanted to buy the guitar on the spot. This is a collectors masterpiece.

Without question, technology keeps on creating better and better electric guitars. When it comes to acoustic/classical guitars, not so much. There’s a pretty solid consensus that the Stradivarius is the best violin ever made. Stradivarius also made guitars. I have never seen one or even seen one for sale on the internet. This guitar is as close as it gets. This 1856 Martin was made by the original CF Martin by hand and kerosene lamp, as this was well before electricity. It is in A+ condition and is the best guitar I have ever played and probably will ever play! This one is a true museum piece!
